Nickolaj is a Vancouver based singer-songwriter, who has been performing and perfecting his craft since being given his first guitar at the age of seven. He is a pop music enthusiast, Nickolaj writes melodic pop songs that aim to catch the audience’s ears. He is a graduate of the Selkirk College Music and Technology Program and has been performing music in Vancouver venues and music festivals across B.C. with the rock band Live Action Cinema.

Nickolaj performs as a solo artist under his given birth name, this is a conscious decision to embrace his Scandinavian background. Nickolaj writes and covers songs that are meant to inspire, question, and reflect the honest human condition that we all experience- love, pain, joy and dreams.
