Carmina Rae is a Vancouver-based singer, songwriter, and familiar face in many beloved local venues. Inspired by R&B songwriters of our distant past and current day, her sweet, soulful vocals blend into rhythmic melodies to create a sound that is unique, yet familiar. Every performance takes the listener into her world – one full of romance and raw honesty.

A line and a promise from her most recent release, “I Will Play” Carmina Rae’s sweet and optimistic lyricism writes magic into the mundane and hope into self doubt. Her first three song EP was released in March 2020. She played an online release show with Blue Light Studio’s Blue Light Sessions. Her debut single “Midnight” and the newest EP “I Will Play” are both available to stream on all platforms.
